Attached is the schedule link. Please note, we CAN NOT make any changes under any circumstance at this point. We try to go above and beyond in meeting your requests but in an event this size and multiple locations any change becomes a massive domino effect. Varsity coaches, please share the schedule with your JV coaches, as I do not have all contacts for the JVs.

1. Please check your team in ONE hour before playing the first game at the site of your first game. You will receive your team packet and you will turn in waivers for your athletes. The waivers must be completely signed by parent or guardian and you will be asked to sign the Letter of Attestation to verify all information on the waivers is factual and signed my legal guardian.
2. Inside your packet you will have coupons to the McDonalds's in front of Laney High School. During your course of playing, please take your team to use their coupon and support McDonalds for their support in the Fred Lynch Invitational.
3. You will receive 3 coaches band in your packet. These bands are for the head coach and any other people of their choosing. It can be spouse, manager, bus driver, assistant, child, but the limit will remain at 3 per team. There will be no extra bands given to teams. Bands must be clearly on the wrist and visible at all times for coaches and their guests.
4. Attached is the waiver you must print and give to each of your athletes and have them returned to you, in order for you to turn in at check in.
5. Attached are the rules in which we will play the games.
6. The first team listed is the home team and will wear white uniforms.
7. Teams are responsible for bringing their own balls and will use the home team listed ball for play.
8. No outside food or drinks allowed at our venues.
9. Addresses to the venues are attached.
10. We will have a trainer at Laney and North Brunswick and a first responder at Heide Trask.

12. Please have your players keep their jerseys on for the entire day until after game play as it helps with identifying as they come and go out of the gym by the gate workers. Simply saying, "I'm with the team" will not work. Please have them keep their uniforms on or at least have access to it to show gate workers as they are passing in and out.
13. Our locations for our gyms consist of Laney High School both gyms, Heide Trask both gyms, Wilmington Christian Academy, North Brunswick both gyms, and Jah Workouts Gym. The addresses are attached at the bottom.
